Personal coaching support is available for all levels of cycling, that could be a few sessions with a coach to help you kick start your cycling and give you the confidence on a bike to start cycling regularly, to a daily training plan designed specifically for you and around your needs.
Long term training plans
We do not believe in just sending out 4 or 8 week plans and letting you get on with it and only letting you email us once a week !! Whilst we will put together a progressive plan that covers many weeks or even months, to get the very best from that plan it will need to be tweaked, based on many variables, like heath, work or studying time pressures ………. Once we have had an initial meeting to define your goals and agree the steps to achieving them, we will send you a personal plan week by week, based on your feedback on the previous weeks training. Even that can be adapted as the week unfolds, by contacting your assigned coach and discussing your needs.
We have helped riders achieve club, regional, national and international success with this program, becoming the best riders they can.
Personal plans start at £60 per month, with additional services like power testing or attending a coached session at an additional cost.
Individual session support
Personal sessions can be arranged to help with any element of cycling, from the simple step of getting a youngster to ride free of stabilisers or riding off road for the first time, to working on a specific racing skill, such as cornering or pursuit planning.
